The coasters of the Starr Collection are handmade from low-fire, earthenware clay. each piece is created by pressing crocheted lace pieces made by my great-great grandmother, Susie Savanna Starr, into a clay slab before forming into a functional coaster. each coaster has cork on the back to keep your coaster in place and protect your serving surfaces.
